In co-operation with the goals of "Public Safety"; Magnum Manufacturing Corporation has engineered and developed a modular pedestrian and bicycle Walkover system -- designed to allow safe and harmonious travel on pedestrian and bicycle pathways.

This modular Walkover system allows pedestrians and bikers to travel from one side of the railroad right-of-way to the other in complete compliance with both legal and safety regulations.

The Magnum Pedestrian Walkover system is in compliance with the Federally aided biker and Pedestrian Project which has been implemented to provide "continued mobility, and protection of the human and natural environments." It is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the 1997 Uniformed Building Code, and the Railroad Guidelines for Design of Highway Separation Structures over Railroads.

Magnum Manufacturing Corporation has designed and fabricated bridges to suit almost any need, from small pedestrian footbridges to specified roadway bridges. Our designs provide high strength and longevity. Architectural designs can be incorporated in the bridges to aid in aesthetics and to be environmentally friendly and co-mingle with the existing topography.

This Pedestrian Walkover is a fully engineered in-plant prefabricated steel constructed bridge, ramps and steel towers which meet the American with Disabilities Act. Magnum Manufacturing will design each Pedestrian Walkover System to meet all State, Federal, City or County design criteria which would include live load, dead load, wind load, seismic, expansion\contraction, deflection, camber under the guidelines of AASHTO, ASTM, AISC, PCI, ACI, and ADA or any other design systems incorporated with the structure.

Architectural designs can be incorporated in the bridges to aid in aesthetics and be environmentally friendly and co-mingle with the existing topography. Painted structures will be treated under the guidelines of SSPC SPC6 painted with an epoxy paint. Painted Pedestrian Walkovers will be provided with paint for touch up after erection.

MAGNUM MANUFACTURING CORPORATION designs, fabricates and delivers pre-engineered steel bridges in a variety of finishes and floor systems, as well as, many different steel configurations to accommodate pedestrian traffic, bike trails, equestrian trails, light motorized vehicles (i.e. golf carts).
